EU extended Myanmar/Burma Sanctions regime for one more year

On 29th April, the EU Council prolonged for one more year the restrictive measures applicable to Myanmar/Burma. According to the sanction calendar, this means that the same sanctions will remain applicable up to April 30th 2020.

The sanctions apply to individuals, industries and entities as a measure against gross human rights  violations.
