New rules in non-chase payment to the implemented

On 9 April 2019, the European Union adopted a new directive on combating fraud and counterfeiting of non-cash means of payment.
The Directive brings to the EU framework i) harmonisation regarding online crime offences, ii)harmonised penalties and sanction, iii) further assistance to victims and iv) further cross border cooperation.
As for every Directive Member States have 2 years for implementation.
