According to the third annual review made by the EU commission, the USA continues to maintain a robust framework for the protection of data, making the transfer of personal data between the EU and the USA compliant with specific rules.
The report included a number of recommendations including a better more adequate supervision.
The report noted a previously mentioned element of the data protection strategy, passing from the intention phase to the operational one.
Some improvements related to the aforementioned areas and other elements highlighted by previous were noted by the reporting team.
